Some beautiful, unique architecture at the University of Northern BC, in Prince George. First: staircase leading in to the campus centre, and the second: a view from the centre of campus. Thanks to fellow sketchers for your inspirations!
A full hour early to the airport, finishing up the Banker’s Hall sketch, pause to hear “last call to Prince George”! Made the flight – WHEW! Note to self – set an alarm to bring me out of sketching head space LOL.
So very happy to be getting out to sketch / paint!
Here are my sketches of cSpace – looking out from a stairwell, 2nd floor, and the fruit stand in the Eau Claire market.
What a lovely Saturday – meeting new people, sketching an airplane that remained in suspended animation long enough for me to capture my image… I returned to the site for a few hours in the afternoon, and finished it up later in the evening. Might have to practice ‘quick sketching’ next! 🙂
