Sketch Outing: Heritage Park Boat Launch

I counted 15 sketchers! 😀 There was a lot of activity in the area, with plenty of spots to sketch from. Some sketched the reservoir from low, mid and high vantage points, others were in the boat storage area, and some sketched Heritage Park railway station. I love how in the last picture the boat named Snooze Button is next to ASAP. Sounds like life right now. 😏 The weather cooperated for the most part, but at the end it was pretty chilly. Thanks again to Deb D for scouting out this location.

Next sketch outing is St. Paul’s Anglican Church in Midnapore, Saturday, Sept 5. I will post here and on Facebook  with more details. In the meantime see Events for Sketchers tab on this website.

I am looking for ideas for winter sketching, inside and out. Please forward to me either in the comments, or to my email address, which is on the main page, or talk to me at future sketch outings.

Stay well and safe!
